Legal & General Property (LGP) is a top 5 UK Institutional Property Fund Manager responsible for assets that have now grown to £11.9 billion (as at end of December 2007). It has 16 funds comprising over 520 properties and 2300 tenants. Total property transactions for 2007 were over £3bn and during 2006 amounted to over £2.2bn.

LGP has 30 years experience in the operation of property investment vehicles. It is a full delivery business incorporating 90 London based staff, including 40 Fund and Asset Managers. It provides asset management, research, project management, planning, development and fund accounting combined with the benefits of scale.
