Liquidity funds

LGIM’s liquidity funds provide an alternative solution to bank deposits or short-term investment funds offered by custodians. Trading can be done via phone, fax or electronically via various portals.

The LGIM Euro Liquidity Fund carries a Standard & Poor’s AAAm rating.

Exposure to the liquidity funds can be obtained via the Pooled Fund Policy offered by Legal & General Assurance (Pensions Management) Limited which is an insurance wrapper structure. Therefore, existing Pooled Fund policyholders can easily obtain exposure to the Liquidity funds with little additional paperwork.

LGIM Liquidity Funds PLC is an umbrella fund with segregated liability between sub-funds (meaning no cross contamination between sub funds).

It is an open-ended investment company (OEIC) providing a range of institutional liquidity funds that invest in high quality short-term debt instruments and is UCITS IV compliant. The Fund is authorised by the Irish regulator and is listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. It is also an Institutional Money Market Fund Association (IMMFA) fund.
