The Added Value Regional Cities Fund (ARC) was launched in February 2007 as a joint venture between Legal & General and Kenmore.
The Fund is a specialist Regional Office fund investing in provincial city centres in the UK.
Key Features
- Exposure to a sector which can generate strong risk adjusted returns with a high income component
- Assets in core office locations
- Strong active management skills to drive returns from a management intensive sector
The Fund will target:
- Town centre offices, largely outside the South East of England
- Income producing assets with a potential to provide new and improved stock through refurbishment and redevelopment
- Dynamic multi-let assets; a mixture of secure long and short term leases
