BALANCED FUNDS
LGP manages 7 balanced Funds
(including our segregated business) available to varying types of investor and on behalf of
both external and internal clients.
These range from the £3.0bn Life Fund - the largest of the Legal & General Property Funds, to the £214m Property Unit Trust (as at end June 2008) which is available to both institutional and retail investors alike.
Spectrum UK Property Fund is our Fund of Funds offering. The Fund invests in other specialist property funds holding UK real estate and offers diversification and opportunity for enhanced return.
Diversified by sector, our balanced funds seek to deliver consistent out-performance of their individual benchmarks, whilst limiting exposure to systematic risk.
