Development offers the potential to realise very high returns, however it involves higher risks. A specialist development team is responsible for tracking and progressing these opportunities. It works closely with individual fund managers and the planning team to deliver schemes.

Planning
Changing a planning consent is a highly effective way of enhancing value. Within our development team, our specialist planning manager co-ordinates planning aspects of the major development projects within the portfolio and assists fund managers in taking the opportunity to positively influence the value of assets we manage.
The team is also available to help fund managers identify and promote individual planning and development situations. Typically we have over 50 planning projects in hand at any one time.
Project Management
Our in-house project management team takes responsibility for managing the construction phase of any value-enhancing activities. These range from small refurbishments to large developments. They work with individual fund managers and the development team.
