Building work has started on the two phases of
this new addition to the city’s Commercial
District – ‘the best office address in
Liverpool’, where we have been working closely
with Liverpool Vision, NWDA, GONW and the City.
WESTGATE, WAKEFIELD

- 17 acres including offices,
hotel, retail/leisure and 350 new homes
We aim to create a new high quality, mixed-use urban
quarter between the East Coast Main Line railway and
the town centre, on land currently largely derelict,
much of it used for station parking.
CENTRAL SALFORD, MANCHESTER

- mixed-use development
- 22.5 acres with 1.3m sq ft commercial uses and 800
new homes
Working with Central Salford URC, Salford City
Council and Urban Vision, we plan to create a new
gateway to the city centre. This will link the
University to Spinningfields through a revitalised
Chapel Street and a high value, high density
corporate centre
MILLBAY, PLYMOUTH

- 19.5 acres, including
offices, leisure and 1,391 new homes
The regeneration of Millbay, a partly redundant
and derelict harbour-side area close to the city
centre, has the potential both to bring significant
benefits to Millbay itself and to contribute
significantly to the revitalisation of the city as a
whole.
