Legal & General Property has 16 Funds and one segregated mandate totalling £8.3bn (as at end December 2009). These are Balanced Funds which total £4.9bn and Specialist Funds which total £3.2bn. In addition we offer clients Segregated Portfolio Services.
BALANCED FUNDS
We offer balanced funds investing in a pooled portfolio of core sectors for every type of investor.
SPECIALIST FUNDS
LGP operates 10 Specialist Funds and Partnerships on behalf of both external and internal clients. These are sector and asset specific.
SEGREGATED SERVICES
We recognise that some corporate or institutional clients will want a segregated solution to meet their specific investment requirements.
