FUNDS

Legal & General Property has 17 Funds totalling £11 billion (as at end June 2008). These are Balanced Funds which total £7billion and Specialist Funds which total £4 billion. We also offer a Fund of Funds vehicle; Spectrum UK Property Fund, which invests principally in other specialist property funds. In addition we offer clients Segregated Portfolio Services.

BALANCED FUNDS

We offer balanced funds investing in a pooled portfolio of core sectors for every type of investor.

LGP operates 10 Specialist Funds and Partnerships on behalf of both external and internal clients. These are sector and asset specific.

We recognise that some corporate or institutional clients will want a segregated solution to meet their specific investment requirements.
