LINKED LIFE FUND

The Linked Life Property Fund was launched in 1977 and is an open-ended commercial property investment fund. The Fund has £1.1bn (as at end December 2009) of direct and indirect property assets located throughout the UK.

The Fund concentrates on core sectors with a low development exposure. The properties in the fund are generally prime buildings let to financially strong companies on long leases, with an average unexpired lease term across the fund of greater than 13 years (as at end December 2009). The Fund seeks to maximise added value opportunities on its assets, by partaking in low risk activities such as lease re-gears and refurbishments.
