Property Management Services
LGP maintains a specialised in-house property management team, which monitors the work of its appointed external property managing agents.
Valuing the tenant
We recognise the value of the tenant as a customer and believe that the proper management of this relationship enhances our ability to identify and execute added value opportunities. We are members of the Real Service group which aims to help the real estate industry to improve customer service levels by developing best practice and facilitating the benchmarking of service delivery.
A flexible, responsive team
Our fund managers and property managers meet regularly to review individual properties. These discussions ensure that we recognise opportunities that may have arisen or been created out of changing circumstances.

Risk Management
We have in place a Risk Management Programme which provides for regular checks and site visits to properties, by experts, to ensure that Health, Safety and Environmental policies are being adhered to. We ensure that we have processes in place for dealing with any hazards that may arise. Trends and issues in this area are also reviewed at Board level.
Reducing Environmental Impact
We operate an Environmental Management System at a number of our properties and work closely with our occupiers to improve performance in areas such as recycling and energy consumption and reduce our environmental impacts.
