The Performance Retail Partnership was launched in 2002 as a joint venture between Legal & General Property, Lendlease Europe Limited and Goodman.
The Fund is a specialist fund investing in Shopping Centres.
The Arndale Centre, Eastbourne
The Arndale Centre in Eastbourne comprises 390,000 sq ft with six major stores and 1,400 parking spaces. It dominates shopping provision in the town and has an annual footfall of over 16 million. There is strong demand from retailers for units at the scheme, and there is scope for enlargement.
