The UK Property Trust was launched in February 2006 and holds a diversified portfolio of UK commercial property assets.
The Fund has £214m (as at end June 2008) of direct property assets located throughout the UK.
The Fund provides investors with exposure to the real estate sector through a tax efficient on-shore structure. It is open to a wide range of investors and for retail investors, it can be held directly through an ISA wrapper.
