The strong sector level knowledge within our Fund and Asset Management teams is a vital part of our pro-active asset level approach. Teams operate either solely within one asset sector (such as for the Leisure Fund and the Industrial Property Investment Partnership) or as part of a multi-sector balanced fund team.
