SPECIALIST FUNDS
LGP manages 10 Specialist Funds and Partnerships on behalf of both external and internal clients. These range from the £1.5bn (as at end June 2008) Arlington Business Parks Partnership (ABPP) through to single asset vehicles such as the Bracknell Regeneration Partnership.
We have market leading Funds in areas such as Regeneration (English Cities Fund), Multi-let Industrial Estates (Industrial Property Investment Fund), Logistics (UK Logistics Fund), Leisure (Leisure Fund Limited Partnership) and Business Parks (ABPP).
Each of our specialist funds has dedicated teams who enhance both the Fund and Asset Management process through their detailed sector knowledge and occupational reach.
