The Central Saint Giles Partnership is a joint venture between Legal & General and Mitsubishi Estate Company established to fund the development of Central Saint Giles in the heart of London's West End.
The mixed use project is designed by one of the world’s leading architects, Renzo Piano. It will deliver 400,000 sq ft office floorspace, over 100 new homes (50% of which will be affordable), and retail and restaurant units around a new public piazza. The project improves local public realm through investment in new pedestrian routes and a second public space at Princes Circus. The scheme will be the focal point of the much needed regeneration of the St Giles area.
The project is due for completion in 2009.
