By actively managing a pool of diversified and liquid assets, our funds aim to achieve a stable and competitive return
Cash funds are used for managing short-term cash requirements. By actively managing a large pool of diversified and liquid assets, our funds aim to achieve a stable and competitive return relative to bank deposits.
Cash funds aim to offer investors an actively-managed alternative to short-term bank deposits.
Our cash fund’s primary objective is capital preservation. The Cash Trust invests selectively in a range of money market instruments, including deposits, certificates of deposit and UK Treasury Bills.
LGIM has a team-based approach to liquidity management which forms a strategic part of our asset management capability, incorporating liquidity and short duration portfolios as well as securities financing. The team has over 16 years’ average experience managing and trading liquidity assets.
